Thai Dumpling Casserole

Method

Steps

  1. 1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). In a bowl or baking dish, whisk together coconut milk, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger until smooth.
  2. 2. Arrange the frozen dumplings in a single layer in the sauce-filled dish. Do not thaw the dumplings.
  3. 3. Cover the dish with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove the foil and bake an additional 10–15 minutes, until the tops of the dumplings are slightly golden and the sauce is bubbling.
  4. 4. Remove from the oven. Drizzle with chili oil and top with chopped scallions, cilantro, and sliced red chili if using. Serve with lime wedges.

Notes

  • Use frozen dumplings straight from the freezer to avoid sogginess.
  • You can add more chili oil after baking for extra heat.
  • Try adding lemongrass or Thai basil for a fun flavor twist.
