Pomegranate-Honey Spritzer

cup fresh lemon juice

• 1/4 cup honey
• 1/4 cup water
• 1/2 cup pomegranate juice
• 1/2 cup vodka
• 1 bottle prosecco or NV champagne

Lemon slices for garnish, optional

1. Combine lemon juice, honey, water, pomegranate juice, and vodka in a large pitcher or glass. Divide among four highball glasses filled with large ice cubes (the liquid should fill each glass about halfway) and top with prosecco or champagne. Garnish with sliced lemon.
