Perfectly Roasted Broccoli

Ingredients
- 1 large head Broccoli
- 2 Tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tsp Sea salt (or more to taste)
Freshly cracked black pepper, optional
Instructions
- Heat the oven to 400°F.
- Cut the broccoli into bite sized florets.
- Place the broccoli on a large rimmed baking sheet, toss with salt and oil.
- Roast in the oven on the center rack until the edges begin to crisp and the broccoli is tender, about 30 minutes.
- * One of our favorite things about this roasted broccoli is that it can be made in large batches and used throughout the week! When you want to re-serve it, simply toss it in a hot dry skillet and cook over medium heat until it is warmed through and the edges crisp back up!
