Pennsylvania Dutch

Ingredients

  • 1oz casa magdalena white rum from house spirits distillery in portland
  • 1oz cardamaro
  • 0.5oz clear creek pear brandy
  • 2 TSP. nux alpina walnut liqueur
  • 1 TSP. 2:1 simple syrup (2 parts white sugar to 1 part boiling water. Stir to combine, do not heat over stove. Boil water first)

Instructions

  1. Stir all ingredients over cracked ice, strain onto rocks, add lemon twist to finish
