Paleo Peach Smoothie

Ingredients
- 2 cups frozen peaches
- 1/2 small hass avocado
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger, peeled and grated or finely chopped
- 1 1/4 cup coconut water
Instructions
- Peel and grate or chop your ginger.
- Add all ingredients to a blender.
- Blend on high until smooth.
- DRINK UP.
Notes
If you have a high speed blender, chopping your ginger is fine, but if you have a regular blender, I highly recommend finely grating the ginger with a microplane. This will allow it to blend and incorporate more easily.
