Oven roast broccoli

Ingredients

  • 2 large heads Broccoli (about 8 cups) 1
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2-1 tsp Salt (to taste)
  • 1/4-1/2 tsp Pepper (to taste)
  • 1/4-1/2 tsp Garlic powder (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Line a baking pan with foil, sprayed with cooking spray, or a Silpat.
  3. Cut broccoli into small/bite size florets, was and lightly pat dry.
  4. Spread broccoli out evenly over pan, and lightly spray with cooking spray.
  5. Sprinkle parmesan and seasonings over the broccoli.
  6. Roast for 10-15 minutes, or until it is roasted to your liking. (If using frozen broccoli, simply increase the baking time to 25-30 minutes, or until broccoli is roasted to your liking.
