Korean Paloma

Ingredients

heavy 1 1/4 ounces tequila

heavy 1/2 ounce gochujang syrup (see Editor’s Note)

  • 1/2 ounce mandarin liqueur, preferably Mandarine Napoléon

scant 1/2 ounce lime juice

homemade grapefruit soda, to top (see Editor’s Note)

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients, except grapefruit soda, to a highball glass with ice and stir.
  2. Top with grapefruit soda and garnish with a grapefruit wedge.
