Italian Sparrow

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ ounces Aperol
  • 1 ¼ ounces ruby red grapefruit juice
  • ¾ ounces pineapple rum, such as Plantation
  • ½ teaspoon ginger syrup, homemade or store bought
  • 1 ounce club soda
  • 3 ounces dry sparkling wine, such as Prosecco

Pineapple wedge and leaf for garnish

Instructions

  1. 1. Pour all ingredients except soda and sparkling wine into a shaker and combine with ice to chill. Double strain into an ice-filled White Wine Glass.
  2. 2. Add soda and top with sparkling wine. Garnish with pineapple wedge and leaf.
