Italian Sparrow
Ingredients
- 1 ½ ounces Aperol
- 1 ¼ ounces ruby red grapefruit juice
- ¾ ounces pineapple rum, such as Plantation
- ½ teaspoon ginger syrup, homemade or store bought
- 1 ounce club soda
- 3 ounces dry sparkling wine, such as Prosecco
Pineapple wedge and leaf for garnish
Instructions
- 1. Pour all ingredients except soda and sparkling wine into a shaker and combine with ice to chill. Double strain into an ice-filled White Wine Glass.
- 2. Add soda and top with sparkling wine. Garnish with pineapple wedge and leaf.
