  1. How to Make Slow Cooker Asian Pulled Pork
  2. Prep Pork: Cut the pork shoulder into four sizable chunks and place them in a resealable bag.
  3. Marinate: Add soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, hoisin sauce, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, Sriracha, and white pepper into the bag. Massage well. Refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight.
  4. Cook: Transfer marinated pork into the slow cooker. Cook on LOW for 8-10 hours or HIGH for 5-6 hours until tender.
  5. Shred: Remove pork from the slow cooker and shred using two forks. Cover with foil to keep warm.
  6. Simmer Sauce: Strain cooking liquid into a saucepan. Simmer and thicken with cornstarch slurry until glossy.
  7. Combine: Return shredded pork to the slow cooker and pour thickened sauce over. Toss to coat evenly.
  8. Serve: Enjoy your pulled pork over rice, in lettuce wraps, or in steamed buns.
