Hot Honey Butter

Ingredients

  • ½ cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, cut into pieces, room temperature
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon hot sauce

Generous pinch of kosher salt

Instructions

  1. Vigorously whisk butter, honey, hot sauce, and salt in a medium bowl until smooth.
  2. Do Ahead: Butter can be made 8 hours ahead. Cover and store at room temperature.
