Have You Tried Upgrading Your Shandy with Yuzu?

Ingredients

Kosher salt

  • 2 tablespoons yuzu juice (such as The Yuzu Co.) (see Note)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 6 ounces American-style lager (such as Miller High Life)
  • 1/4 cup sparkling lemonade (such as Fever Tree Sicilian Sparkling Lemonade)

Lemon wheels

Instructions

  1. Rim a highball glass generously with salt.
  2. Add yuzu and lemon juices to glass.
  3. Add ice, beer, and lemonade; stir gently, about 10 seconds.
  4. Garnish with lemon wheels, and serve.
