Frozen Rosa Margarita: Jose Cuervo & Voodoo Doughnuts

Ingredients

Grapefruit wheels for garnish (quartered)

Kosher salt or flake salt to rim glasses

  • 8 to 10 oz freshly squeezed pink or ruby red grapefruit juice (4 large)
  • 4 oz freshly squeezed lime juice (4 limes)
  • 8 oz Triple Sec

ice

  • 10 oz Jose Cuervo Especial Silver Tequila

Instructions

  1. You will need 4 highball glasses and a blender.
  2. Prepare your glasses:
  3. Take a wedge of lime and rim the edge of each glass. Invert glass onto a plate of salt and turn to coat the entire rim with salt.
  4. In blender combine grapefruit and lime juices, ice, Triple Sec, Jose Cuervo Tequila. Blend together until the texture is blended and smooth.
  5. Pour into salted glasses and garnish with a grapefruit triangle.
  6. Serve immediately.
