Frozen Rosa Margarita: Jose Cuervo & Voodoo Doughnuts
Ingredients
Grapefruit wheels for garnish (quartered)
Kosher salt or flake salt to rim glasses
- 8 to 10 oz freshly squeezed pink or ruby red grapefruit juice (4 large)
- 4 oz freshly squeezed lime juice (4 limes)
- 8 oz Triple Sec
ice
- 10 oz Jose Cuervo Especial Silver Tequila
Instructions
- You will need 4 highball glasses and a blender.
- Prepare your glasses:
- Take a wedge of lime and rim the edge of each glass. Invert glass onto a plate of salt and turn to coat the entire rim with salt.
- In blender combine grapefruit and lime juices, ice, Triple Sec, Jose Cuervo Tequila. Blend together until the texture is blended and smooth.
- Pour into salted glasses and garnish with a grapefruit triangle.
- Serve immediately.
