Chocolate wedding cakes

Ingredients

  • 12 oz bag choc chips
  • 3 or 4 Tbsp sugar
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 8 oz softened butter in several pieces
  • 2 tsp vanilla.

powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Dump 12 oz bag choc chips into food processor w/ 3 or 4 T sugar, 2c flour, 1/2 t salt.
  2. Process until mixture feels like fine gravel, add 8oz softened butter in several pieces & 2 t vanilla.
  3. Process til it looks like dough.
  4. Shape 1 inch balls, place 2 inches apart on parchment lined pan, bake 16-18 minutes at 325F till surface slightly cracked.
  5. Dust w powdered sugar before serving.
