Chocolate wedding cakes
Ingredients
- 12 oz bag choc chips
- 3 or 4 Tbsp sugar
- 2 cups flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 8 oz softened butter in several pieces
- 2 tsp vanilla.
powdered sugar
Instructions
- Dump 12 oz bag choc chips into food processor w/ 3 or 4 T sugar, 2c flour, 1/2 t salt.
- Process until mixture feels like fine gravel, add 8oz softened butter in several pieces & 2 t vanilla.
- Process til it looks like dough.
- Shape 1 inch balls, place 2 inches apart on parchment lined pan, bake 16-18 minutes at 325F till surface slightly cracked.
- Dust w powdered sugar before serving.
