Cheese Steak Stuffed Croissant

Ingredients
- 2 large butter croissants
- 1 pound shaved ribeye
- 10 slices Cooper Sharp cheese
- 1 diced onion
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 cups cheese sauce
- 2 cups grated provolone or mozzarella cheese
Instructions
Slice the croissant in half
- Coat the croissants rim in the cheese sauce
- Place it on a tray with the grated cheese and using the nacho cheese as a binder, press the grated cheese onto the croissant
- Place on a non stick baking sheet and bake for 10 minute at 400 degrees F
- Take them out and let them rest to let the cheese firm up
- Add the butter to a medium high frying pan
- Once the butter is melted, add the onions and the sugar and saute for 5 minutes
- Season with salt and pepper
- Add the steak to a high frying pan or skillet
- Season with salt and pepper and cook until browned (about 7 minutes)
- Add the onions on top followed by the Cooper sharp cheese
- Mix well until the cheese is melted and mixed in with the steak and onions
- Add the steak to the middle of the croissant and enjoy
