Broccoli Beef Soba Bowl

Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs Skirt steak, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 1 tbsp Cornstarch
- 4 cups Broccoli florets
- 12 oz Soba noodles
Green onions
Sesame seeds
Cilantro
Spicy Sesame Sauce
- 1/2 cup Soy sauce, or coconut aminos
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 2 tbsp Lime juice
- 1 tbsp Lime zest
- 1.5 tbsp Sesame oil
- 1 tbsp Sriracha
- 2 Birds eye chilis, minced or 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- 2 tsp Grated ginger
- 4 Garlic cloves, minced
Instructions
- In a medium bowl stir cornstarch, honey and soy sauce together until cornstarch is dissolved. Add beef and toss until the meat is coated. Set aside for 10 minutes.
- While beef is marinating cook soba noodles according to package instructions and set aside.
- Prepare a steam basket over boiling water adding broccoli once steam is produced. Cover and cook for 3 minutes. Set broccoli aside.
- In a small bowl whisk together all ingredients for the spicy sesame sauce and set aside.
- Heat a large skillet, or wok over high heat. Once the pan is smoking, add the beef in small batches cooking until edges are crispy. Continue with the rest of the beef.
- Add beef, broccoli and noodles to the pan along with the the sesame sauce. Cook and toss together over medium heat until everything has combined.
- Serve hot with green onions, cilantro, extra chilies and sesame seeds.
