  • 3 Tablespoons Kosher Salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 3 teaspoons Chinese 5 Spice
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

.5 teaspoon cayenne

.25 teaspoon chili flakes
