Cassoulet & Debiase & Peju = win!

20131109-224938.jpg Just a teaser from an amazing dinner tonight! Cassoulet and a bottle of '09 Debiase Pinot Noir from Fritschen Vineyard and then an '07 Peju Cabernet Franc to finish it all off. I'll share my cassoulet recipe soon and recap the wines and the awesome cheese, salami, prosciutto that our friends Laura and Keith brought over to enjoy and share while we put the kiddos to bed. Up next - full details of a delicious dinner and then short rib stew recipe with some twists (like parsnips and what beer to use)...
